Our resident Doctor, Kristen devotes her life to helping people be the most authentic version of themselves at her mental health practice. Her spare time is spent with Josh, Adelle & Milo back in their old stomping grounds in Minnetonka.

As our head of branding, she focuses on ensuring our messaging and marketing are on point. Kristen also runs all of our team meetings and is the primary person responsible for keeping the rest of the crew focused and organized.
