The newest addition to the Pettersen crew, Caitlin has thus far made a living supporting the needs of others with career stops in both high school mental health and residential real estate lending. She's the perfect person to chase around all of our contractors and tenants at the same time as she's chasing whatever new batch of animals is living with her and Luke.

She's our head of tenant management and makes sure our tenants and our properties are feeling good!

Likes: foster kitties, low interest rates, spontaneous happy hours
Dislikes: turning over tenants, also beans (I know, weird, right? A match made in Heaven. At least on chili night. How long is this parentheses moment?!)
